Always a bit of a wait to get seated on a weekend. Instead of carts you select all your goodies from a menu and they bring it out as its ready, so everything is fresh from kitchen. Even though I have been to dim sum many times I admit it's not my fav cuisine, but it is slowly growing on me, and this is a very decent dim sum place. Favorites are the sesame balls, and green leafy stuff, and always get the chrysanthemum tea, or "flower" tea. The BF likes the chicken feet, pork ribs, and turnip. There's also a crispy pork thing that's great, and a fried fish... I'm not getting any of these dish titles right though.... :-/

Love the dimsum. Was super crowded but we were seated and served fast. Everything looked so good. Be sure to get the three layer meat and Sesame lava buns and egg tarts!! The 小笼包 and rice noodle roll is so so. Update: they have a cute animal themed menu! The scallop puff is buttery, flaky and filled with scallop flavors!!

Came here for Chinese New Years with the inlaws and the service was top notch. They were very accommodating especially since we had a stroller. The staff helped us with small requests and he food was deliver quickly. Since it was Chinese New Year there were some added deserts served post dinner.

Champagne Seafood Restaurant was pretty good. Pros: 1. Food was tasty. 2. Service was okay. Cons: Wait was long. Some of the food was hot, others were not. Pretty crowded during Sunday, but better after 1.

Very good authentic Chinese food albeit at western prices. Lunch time dim sum is off the hook as well.
