Great food and service. Wonderful place with cozy lights and round table fireplaces. Good for groups. Their kebab is excellent, and Sambosik is delightful. Don't forget to try their tea choices. Note that only street parking is available or a 5$ private parking across the street.

A unique and desirable atmosphere, most of which is best enjoyed with outdoor seating, combined with an excellent Mediterranean menu. I'm not a hookah fan, and Sunday through Thursday are hookah nights, so my nights there are going to be Fridays or Saturdays. Sometimes there's entertainment as well, either live music or belly dancing. The drinks have become pricey but they're good although I think a price adjustment on the specialty cocktails would be better for business. Service is very good. Definitely one of my top 7 SB restaurants.

Breath taking center pieces! I mean, it was so nice and elegant! The food was so amazing and the service was superb! There was even a belly dancer! The food came out pretty fast, but we were talking a lot, so not sure! I could order what I order over and over again!

I met some friends here for my first visit to this restaurant. It's unfortunate how easy it is to miss this place. I'd tell them to invest in a bigger sign, but I'm sure they don't need it. There food and service is amazing. I'll be repeating my two hour drive in the future just to experience Zaytoons again.

Visited recently with a few friends for a late dinner. Service was super friendly even though we were very close to closing time. Food was delicious and the patio with the individual fire pits is really nice.
