Horrible service! Brought a group of 15 people on a Tuesday night. Was told to come in about 45 min-1 hr early to put my name down on the list because they don’t take reservations and still had to wait an additional 35 min to be sat. Took 30 min for me to receive my first drink and the same amount of time for a round of waters to be brought to the table despite asking for them (none were offered). We weren’t asked our food orders for the first 30 min. The took an additional 30 min for food to get out to us. And one of the orders was forgotten. Water glasses remained empty and no offer for refills for water or for beverages, half the time we couldn’t find our server. I even went to the manager to tel him that I never liked to cause any trouble but the service was really slow, and all he said was that he would find our server. We were a very easy going crowd and the restaurant was less than half full. Having been in the food service industry, there is no excuse for this kind of service. There are plenty of things that can be out of your control, but being present for your clientele and keeping them updated on when food and drinks should arrive I’d things are behind is key. We had to ask multiple times for everything including to-go boxes, desserts, etc. I do not care to dine at this establishment again.
