Spacious outdoor patio. Food was fine. Fries and coconut shrimp were the better items we ordered. Dog friendly patio is a bonus.

Laid back atmosphere, good food. Pay on the way in. A few good vegetarian options means no one will be left out. Family friendly.

Cool vibe. Live music, patio, Giants on the big screen. Salmon Poke bowl wasn't good. Fish tasted old and salty. Women taking order wasn't helpful, wanted to talk with her friend. Not likely to return.

Great food, good drinks, great music! What else could you ask for ? Pono is in a decent place in town and is easily accessible. I wish there was a bit more parking, but anywhere downtown is rough to park at. Everything on the menu here is delicious and the live music makes the experience much more pleasant as well. They also have nice outdoor seating. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last time I was here, and this haooens often, the bartender was very slow, we had to ask our waittress if the food was coming because we saw it in the window ready to go for at least 5 minutes without anyone taking it, and the waitress didn't engage with us in any way when they brought our food out even though there were a few things we needed. The waitress was very nice, but just not paying attention much. This was during a dead time when we were one of the only customers there. Despite this, it is a VERY enjoyable experience and will continue to always come back as well as recommend this restaurant to our visiting friends and family.
