We got the papaya salad - excellent - the walnuts on top of the salad really add a nice touch. Seafood soup- huge , very good - more of a seafood chowder The egg noodle dish with grounded pork was the best. The sauce on the bottom of the bowl was delicious. The portions were huge - we couldn't finish everything.

Escargot was a great start. It was followed by pig’s tail and lamb. All the flavors in those three dishes were taken directly from French, Vietnamese, and Middle Eastern cuisine — and done right. Lastly but not least, the kumquat frozen yogurt broke my mind. Adding a picture of my negroni with a seafood kick, just for fun.

Cassia's food was mostly good, but I can't say that the entire meal was memorable so I gave 3 stars. The restaurant was much louder than we expected and the service was professional, not very friendly but rather stoic. Appetizers were all amazing. We had the Grilled Pig's Tail, which came out looking more like a slow cooked pork rib. Super tasty, but a little more salty than I expected. The Chino Valley Egg Custard was delicious, very similar in texture to Chinese steamed egg. Our main entree was my favorite, the Whole Grilled Sea Bass.. which had so much flavor but light like steamed fish. We also ordered Wok-tossed Zuckerman Farms Asparagus & Avocado, which was a close favorite for me as well. The Laksa, was just OK. I felt like it was just super spicy, without much other flavor.

The Host is rude.. he told me just wait I will have someone help you. He look fed up and tired. He should not be at the door. Saying I'm handling Reservations right now. Dang! Hrlp me too. Its May 10, 2018 8:48pm. :(
