We visited tonight with high expectations after reading the reviews raving the fried chicken and the atmosphere. There was a very large party on the entire left side of the restaurant so maybe we chose the wrong night to visit, but regardless everything from the food to the service was disappointing. We got the fried chicken, the pesto sausage pizza, and the lamb skewers. I was told the lamb skewers were a small plate and got a side Caesar as well. After waiting about an hour for our food and dodging ping pong balls we received the chicken and lamb plates and were told they had to "re-do" the pizza. The lamb was burnt and came with a salad on the plate after I had already received and eaten my Caesar, no mention of the included salad on the menu or from the waitress who told me it was a small plate in the first place. The fried chicken was lukewarm and the creamed spinach was ice cold and closer to a soup consistency. The pizza came five minutes later and was clearly under done with very soft dough, hardly melted cheese, and completely raw tomatoes. We left severely underwhelmed and hungry. We won't be returning, regardless of the large party being there the food and the service left much to be desired.

Great spot. Unpretentious with Excellent food selection …and well prepared dishes. Also, the wait staff is pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. HIGHLY Recommended.

Food is good. Great variet. Sure to find something to please everyone! Service is excellent, warm, and friendly. Some outdoor seating, but your view is a parking lot. Good for brunch or lunch!

I was back again for lunch. I LOVE the chopped salad and got it this time with chicken - yummy! I've also had the pleasure of experiencing their catering services. An organization that I belong to had Franchettis' cater our networking event. The Roman-style sheet pizzas in a variety of flavors were a big hit! Everyone enjoyed them.

Sunday brunch here is maybe the most flavourful experience in town. The Bennie's are so tasty. The potatoes are perfectly spiced and salty. The French toast is paired with some truly amazing fruit. They poached some pears in wine once, another time they used strawberries. It always varies, but it's always great.
