This place is fun, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. We've been here for dinner, which was great, but this time we came to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our event took place on the patio, which was pretty awesome since it was Saturday night and there was a live band. As expected, the food was really good. The only problem was the buffet trays were placed on a really high table. Even the non-Asian guests at the party could barely reach!

The original post was edited 2x before starting with 2 stars and ending up with a 4 star rating... The service on Christmas eve was a fluke... maybe they didn't anticipate an average sized crowd especially since it is a sunday... we were quick to get a seat and very slow to get service... waited long enough to see an entire quarter's worth of a televised football game before getting a waiter to take orders.... ended up walking up to the bar myself to get a round of waters for the table... mind you an hour later we finished the waters without a check up from the wait staff... been here many times before during several times of the day and this is the ONLY time they fumbled the ball... I will most definitely come back since my entire party's meals and beverages were comped...

we have been to forbidden city many times. the last year , every time we go is getting worse. terrible service, food not as good and the owners don't give a damn anymore. only reason to go is to dance and drink. they can't ruin that. we made reservations the last 2 times for party of 8. no table, no fire pit, and the owner blamed the employee who answered the phone. finally oh yes dirty table too.

First time here. Seated and waited 30 mins before I had to get my own water. Had to flag down someone to get a waitress. Over an hour in total before I even got my food, and not even busy today.... they comped my meal and it was very appreciated. At least they know how to treat customers
