The food was as I expected, delicious, perfectly served and worthy of five stars. Service was definitely sub par in comparison to previous visits. In the past, I felt the staff were not even present except when taking an order. That might sound bad but it's perfect because when you are surprised to see your water filled or you table brushed clean or a new utensil placed while you were talking to your dining partner and never even knew it was done, is pretty cool. This time, we had to actually hand the staff some cocktail glasses and an appetizer plate to get them off our table even after a staff member has visited our table prior. We had to ask for bread and just the overall feeling was lacking the Mastro's touch. Our head waiter was very personable but lacked that touch. None the less, we will be back.

We go about twice a year and always have an amazing experience! There is so much I could say but you just have to go and experience it for yourself. Great for date nights, business meetings, celebrations. Accommodates larger parties if need be (we have up to 12 at times). Make a reservation! Live music at night, too!

So I know that this restaurant is popular, and when we arrived, the place was packed. it was almost impossible to talk to the hostess to let her know that we are here and waiting for our reservation. After almost 45 minutes delay, where we had to stand or wait outside in the cold, we finally got our table. The waitress was very nice and professional, but it took them about 1hr 15 to bring us our plates. And that's after the 20 minutes it took them to take are order from the moment we sat. As for the food... well that was the most disappointing thing of our dinner. I could get a steak like the one I got anywhere else for a much better price. Overall, not to good. I don't know if I'll come again or recommend. Btw, the extra star goes to our waitress
