The food was great and fast! But the service wasn't very good! No one offered to refill my water or give us napkin. Or even ask if our food was good.

The food here deserves 5 stars. However, the staff could be a lot friendlier to those of us with disabilities and require a Service Dog. I came here with a friend because it's her favorite restaurant in Thousand Oaks. However, they didn't want to allow me and my service dog inside. When I offered proof that he is a trained and licensed by Ventura County service dog they still refused service. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police did the staff finally decide to call someone higher up on the org chart for guidance. Even then the best they wanted to offer was a seat outside in the heat. It took almost 15 minutes to finally convince the hosting staff to seat my friend, me and my service dog at a booth inside the restaurant. I wasn't even offered any discounts, deserts, future coupons, or even a free drink by the "manager" when he decided to grace our table when my frlend and I asked for our checks at the end of our meals. If it wasn't for the fact this place REALLY DOES HAVE GOOD FOOD I wouldn't even consider giving this place a sing star. But the food truly is it's saving grace. My suggestion is to order your meal as take out and go eat it somewhere else that has a friendlier staff.

Ordered out. Al Pastor torta, was a joke. More bread than anything. Huge chunks of raw onions turn off completely. Service was to be desired. And no flavor, to the torta. . 1/2 a container of salsa with a handful of chips. The worst $15.00 I have spent on one sandwich. Horchata was the only decent item. Sorry but I won't be going back over there ever. If I can help it!
