This was one of my favorite places until I became vegetarian. They would receive 5 Stars if they didn't use chicken broth to make their rice. In addition I am allergic to gluten and they do not have many gluten friendly options.( the enchilada sauce has gluten to thicken it) they're tomatillo salsa is phenomenal! And a good gluten-free option are the vegetarian fajitas. So if you're not gluten free and you don't mind chicken broth in your rice this place has very high quality food

I wanted to leave 10 stars BUT IT WOULDN’T LET ME! I was promptly shown a seat wear they brought me chips and tasty salsa that i ate and was brought another basket that i ate much like a shop vac sucking pennies from a car. The main course was delectable AS IT ALWAYS IS. will be back again.

Went for cinco de mayo, and the service was incredibly quick for how busy it was. Our tables orders came out quickly and refills of the chips and house salsa never left our table without a snack.

Great food good prices. The Sampler platter is the best. You get a taste of everything.

My husband and I wanted to visit Joshua Tree park during our honeymoon and ended up stumbling upon this place while we were there. It was the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. We're from Ohio, so our Mexican food isn't great anyway, but we had Mexican several times in California and this was still the best. We've been married three years and STILL talk about this place! If I ever find myself in California again I will definitely make a trip over to TwentyNine Palms just for this!
