Wait staff is amazing. I love the waitress, Lily! She is always charming and accommodating. I don’t see her much during the busy season out front unfortunately, which is a bummer. She is certainly knowledgeable about the menu and since I’m local I know she has been working this location far before the remodel. As far as the food - you really can’t go wrong. Especially for the sushi lovers. My personal favorite is the Kobe beef sliders. Hoping the New remodel & refresh thrives!

At these prices the food should either be great or have large portions. This had neither. $20 for some bland snow peas and white rice? Give me a break

This was my first time eating here and I will not be returning. The rolls were barely filled and falling apart. My spicy tuna roll was just tuna sinew (barely any fish). I also got sashimi and it was on a bed of sliced onions instead of diakon. It was so intense and completely infused/overpowered the fish. What a disappointment! Don't waste your money. City market had better sushi!

Delicious food, great portion sizes, exceptional service. This is my 6th time here and the consistency is unbelievable. The new Matsu of Aspen. Don't miss it!!

Best Asian restaurant in town! The sushi is exceptional. Peking Duck soup is a must have!
