Busy location, great service on the bar-self seating side, food doesn’t take long to arrive after order, neither drinks. Super friendly staff, they actually let you eat, and don’t go asking every five min if everything is ok, or if you need anything. Gives you the option to pay with card without even asking waitresses for the check. Still have to ask if paying cash. Clean restaurant for the most part. Tables are dirty sometimes and when they come clean them, just leave the table wet and you will have to dry it with a napkin.

This local Chili's restaurant is an amazing place if you're coming with friends or family. The location is convenient too. Its right next to the Aurora mall and other small businesses nearby. The food here is excellent with great service. Overall great food and good vibes.

Certainly worth the money. 4 Adults 1 kid spent 50 dollars. We all had full size entrees, sides and chips and salsa with sodas. Friendly wait staff. Well come back soon!!! Also free ice cream for 2 Birthdays.

Our server never really showed any interest in us which was very surprising since normally it is such a delight to be there and we get so much response from the server with suggestions or just even asking how our day was. Second when I ordered my second drink on the kiosk when the server came I told her I had done that she went to go get it it came back and my drink wasn't even feels like the first one so that was sort of disappointing. Third we basically hell most had a flagger down to ask for boxes when she returned with the boxes she had a small one in the left hand and a medium one in the right-hand she said will this work and we said yes so she hands me the small ones and it ended up being too and I said all we need the other one too for his ribs and she said I asked that there too right there and I said I thought you meant the small one in the big one you don't have to be Snappy. From our standpoint her having one box in one hand and one in the other and from her question it was like will these do I couldn't see that in this one hand that the small one had two in it. So it was not a very good experience which was sad because we love Chili's normally. So I guess our typical Thursday Friday night won't be going there anytime soon. However Amanda one of the servers there we might just have to go and always ask for her area because we're never disappointed when she's there we should have asked for her tonight!

I brought my mother with me tonight for a pleasant dinner and was gypped out of my money for a $23 meal I gave my waitress $40 to my for the meal I had with my mother and and got a receipt for $60 that I paid and only received six dollars and change and then when questioning the waitress she goes to the back and comes back with 10 more dollars that was incorrect change that was given as well and the service was not as pleasant.. as many time before.. before Me and my mother decided too leave the waitress came back again and gave me the correct receipt with the correct the dollar amount that was supposed to be given to me ... I not only I not onlyreally felt like the waitress Was trying to pocket some of the money that was given to her. But the fact is she printed out a receipt with the wrong total gave me every suspicion in the world behind This she was taking a tip Already out for her self. Which is beyond rude and very distasteful
