I've visited Boulder multiple times, and hadn't had the opportunity to eat here yet, until recently. I had the seafood risotto. Now I grew up on the east coast near NYC, and I now live in the Pacific NW. So Italian food and seafood are easy for me to find great versions of. Colorado isn't somewhere I'd pick where the seafood is great. This was one of the best seafood risotto's I've had. I highly recommend it. Couple that with a great atmosphere and nice, attentive wait-staff, and you have the makings of a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great service, great ambiance, very clean. Good quality fresh food. Very tasty. It would have been a 5 star but I thought it was a tad salty; then again, I don’t salt my food at all so it probably was the way most people like it. I will definitely go back.

An enjoyable meal with above average service. Had a fee people wait on us at the beginning before our waiter took over. Food good, hot, and fresh. Bit pricey, but you know that when you arrive.

I love SALT! It's one of my favorite go to restaurant's in Boulder. Not really "upscale" as in no dress code, but not a Diner either. Moderately priced, Farm to Table restaurant. Menu changes with frequency which is nice. Everything I have had at SALT is always Awesome! Portions are nice without the "American portion sizes", which frankly is too much most of the time. It's just North of the Pearl. Awesome food! Menu changes! Relaxed but refined dining experience. Staff is always attentive & friendly. It does Trendy well. Quality & Ambiance = Phenomenal experience!!

Uninspired, boring with crummy deserts. The menu is printed in super tiny font- it's obvious they are clueless about their Customer's demographic. Went for a Family dinner for six. Booth table top way too cramped for proper service. One little thimble of butter for our King Soopers' hard and cold rolls. National chain restaurants have a much better burger. The other entrees were acceptable. The deserts were terrible, the coffee was good.
