I had been meaning to stop in here several times as I was impressed with the food at the bakery next door. The menu seems to be set for the day and changes based upon what they are able to source. You have a few choices. What really surprised me was the wine list. We ordered an older Chablis 1er Cru and the bottle price was beyond incredible. I have to wonder how this little restaurant in Canon City is getting quality bottles. Definitely worth a stop in to check this place out!

Food was exquisitely amazing. I came here with my 2 kids and they both had no complaints (I’m usually telling one of them to just “try it” or listening to them gripe). Service was oustanding as well. Definitely worth the money!

Update: 3/27/2018 -- Another amazing meal. Perfect all the way around. Amazing in every way. On our last visit the server was a little surprised when I stood up with her to read the menu board and asked several questions that sent her back to the kitchen, but I got the information we needed and we had an amazing meal. The Coquilles St. Jacques was outstanding. The gumbo was delicious. The main courses were classically presented and the flavors were exactly as expected. Be sure to stick around for dessert. Previous to our most recent visit, my dad and I dined at Le Petit Chablis several times. I was skeptical when he told me there was an excellent French restaurant that had moved into town, but he was right, dang it. One time, when my dad was still living in Canon City, my brother called ahead and ordered lobster thermidor for our entire party. It was a truly memorable family experience, and the lobster thermidor was over the top. And really, why do you have to be 100 miles away???

Stopped by here while needing space to pass time when visiting from Dallas. Really awesome and quaint place. Excellent service. The almond pithivier was amazing! A must try when warmed (they will warm it for you). The coffee is great too. The prices rock!
