First of all, I usually never write reviews. I never thought I would write one about a fast food location, but I lost my receipt that had the survey on it so I figured this was the next best thing. I was grabbing some food on the way home from work and decided to go inside because it looked like there was no wait. I gave 5 stars so you know it went well. I got my food quickly, it was correct, fast, and fresh, but the reason I'm writing this review is one word - Lilla! I have NEVER had such customer service at a fast food establishment, maybe even restaurants in general, she was smiling, patient, helpful, and friendly. Not only that, but as soon as I was taken care of she launched to the dining room and I didn't see her stop cleaning for a minute! I even saw another man try to tip her. She didn't seem to be a manager but you guys are wasting her talent. If you stop by, go inside and see Lilla! Overall great job, nice looking and well functioning place, thank you!

It wasn't crowded. Was easy to get around. No rushing to get order. Would go there again.

Slowest Wendy's in Colorado. The manager should do a better job with coordinating their staff. I was in line waiting to order for 20 minutes. The cashier takes one order then walks away to do other things. Just stay on the register instead of trying to do 2 different jobs. Never again...

Brilliant! I always loved this place.. we always get 3 4 for 4 meals and one we got one for free :) just awesome.. our food is always served hot and we get it sometimes in 5 minuets (thru drive trough) I love the food and they never get your order wrong :) I would consider you to go to a Wendy’s nearby..

Convenient stop between Denver and Colorado Springs. Easy to get to from I-25, but be careful exiting the parking lot with a trailer!
