Haven't been to a Boston Market in years... since the one closed in Albuquerque . Same great taste that I remember. Very nice staff!

I wish the guy that was mopping didn't serve me. Didn't bother washing his hands. Just droped the map and started serving. MY GERMS! LOL Probably not the worst thing that's happened there... They're all so high that nobody knows what's going on anyway. Probably in back picking their asses.

I've been coming to this location for many years and by far this place has the best customer service. Employees are amazing

Sadly Boston Market has run its course as a chain restaurant. We will never be back. The people who are writing that the staff and mangement are friendly and courteous are either used to being treated poorly, or they’re friends of people who work here. The person who owns this particular restaurant would be better off to fire all of them and start over. Last week we stopped in because my partner was wanting their meatloaf. “We’re out.” Tonight my nephew wanted a barbecue sandwich. “We’re out of barbecue sauce.” Well, who runs out of food at the height of the dinner hour? A poorly managed restaurant. A sticky bottle of sauce was sitting on their condiment table... My partner got his meatloaf tonight. It was dried out and tasted burnt. No hickory ketchup as advertised. My nephew settled for a regular chicken sandwich. Wilted vegetables, and the thing looks like it was microwaved. Both meals were unedible. I had to wait for corn to arrive from the back, rendering the meals cool. Who wants a cool meal when it’s suppose to be homestyle (comfort) food? There is absolutely no reason that a restaurant should take 30 minutes to put three meals together, all the while being treated like they can’t stand the customer who is spending $25.00 for dinner. Quit throwing my food around and acting all exasperated! Like I said, we’ll never come to this store again. Close the doors and put something fresh, exciting and new in there. Just gross all the way around, from employees, food presentation, to dirty floors, windows and tables. Bye, bye Boston Market.
