TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE. Both times service was extremely slow. One was a late night visitThe older lady with bags under her eyes who works at night needs some other staff or trained to be faster. 20 minutes to be seated before we seen someone in front. 1 hour and 30 min wait for food. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

This is a very good iHop. Every time I go, I'm treated great! I've never had a waitress who didn't seem like she had time to check and make sure everything was great. The food is good and always cooked the way I/we ask. I usually go earlier in the morning and it's not too crowded, it seems to pick up about 8am. It's a little busier when the bars let out, but hey, what do you expect. Lol.

I've always eaten at this location in stapleton/ northfield. We ordered steaks with pancakes and there was a long piece of hair in my food. I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she will be right with me. A young man appeared pretending to be the mgr name Jesus or Jose who is actually the cook. I told him I would like to speak to the mgr. He said he is the mgr. and what was the problem. I told him he was not and asked for the mgr. again who I was told is female. I told him about the hair in my food and he had the audacity to tell me " it's to be expected and what is the big problem" I was so humiliated. I told him no one should expect hair in there food and that's the problem and he should never tell a customer this.. He responded with "everybody makes mistakes so again what's the problem". I asked for the mgr. repeatedly. She appeared and had Jesus interpret for her because she couldn't understand English that well. She explained that's why she sent him in her place. I told her, she could have explained this to me instead of sending someone who was very disrespectful and did not care if a customer had hair in there food. She referred me to talk to the store mgr. Nora in the morning. I was so upset, I paid the bill and left. I haven't been back but I will be going back to speak to Nora.

The worst service I have ever had. I waited for 1:15 for my food. I have a diabetic fit and almost past out. The waiter was okay. But you should never have to wait that long. And the bathroom smelled like sulfur. It was just a bad experience that time. I would like to try them again and see if I have a better chance next time.
