Small place and the food is cooked in small batches, therefore is fresh. I bit pricey compared with other buffet restaurants in othe states. The interior walls are not that clean so... the waitress, I said water with no ice and it has ice in it. Also this place has a sigh that said that you can not waste food, if you do, you need to pay for another person's meal. I will eat here again because of the food and not because of the service provide by the waitress or cleanse of the place.

Just tried this joint. Nice staff! Our waitress was even playful and a smartass, thanks! Humor makes it worth it even more. Prices are decent on the lower end. I enjoyed my food! I was told my sauce was made fresh to order. Bonus points! Buffet price looked low. I'm curious to try it.

Food was ok, however the server was a complete fail, apparently my freind and I interrupted her meal she was eating at the table by the front door . She pointed to a table "THERE', ok...haven't even sat and opened menu "WHAT YOU DRINK" ok...a coke please..."PEPSI!"..ok yes please. I will say this part was impressive, 45 seconds later drinks are dropped and then"WHAT YOU WANT?" As a service professional with 35 years experience I'm truly amazed how far from any kind of customer service this person is supposed to be offering at an even most fundamental level. My freind, who is also in the industry, are literally staring at each other with the look of " you cant make this up, it's really happenening" To say we didn't enjoy the meal is to say it wasn't the foods fault. Now the other server was amazing, she promptly got our check, split it in 2 and was genuinely a professional.

Worst customer service ever. Called in an order took it home and was surprised to see my noodles hard as a rock. Called to complains, nicely might I add, the said I have to take it back right now to get a refund. My family and I were in for the night. We aren't going anywhere else and the proceeded to hang up on us... very rude, went in the next day and they told me to leave or they will call the cops.... over noodles? Just safe experience... never again

Never again, Ocean Pearl, never again. Before even leaving our booth, I began to feel ill. Within an hour, I was sitting in my car in gut wrenching pain wishing whatever horrible thing I had eaten would just get out of me already. My wife began to feel the same way shortly after and we both felt so terrible we could hardly move. In addition to this, the service was about as bad as I felt after the meal. The waitress argued with other staff the entire time and was EXTREMELY unpleasant. Don’t waste your time or your money here unless you’re looking for a quick clean out of your bowels and a free night on the toilet. Ocean Pearl will not get away with this.
