I had the very best dining experience at the Hard Rock Cafe. The food was excellent and the staff was exactly what you would want in the setting. They were friendly, funny, knowledgeable about the menu and dietary needs but also had a laid-back feel about them. I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the restaurant to see all of the rock memorabilia that they have to offer. A pair or leather boots worn by the infamous Jim Morrison was my personal favorite Rock Relic.

Wished we would have checked the reviews before eating here. We have been to many Hard Rock Cafe's around the world. On vacation some of our day trips are planned around visiting and having a meal. I can't complain about the decor, spot on for a Hard Rock. Food was nothing to write home about. Bland undercooked burgers and cold soggy fries. It felt like employees were just going through the motions to make it through the day. We advised our waitress of our dissatisfaction with the food quality. I am pretty sure she reported to her manager because shortly after, a female "manager" came by our table, asked how things were and cleared our plates. No apologies, no aknowledgement of any issues, basically ice cold treatment. She left and our waitress returned with the check. That's when I checked the reviews and realized we were not a minority with our perception of our visit. If you need to go here to check this location off your list, I suggest just getting a drink, buying a pin and moving on. This would be an OK side trip if in the area, but don't make this your destination on a day trip.

Friendly staff and awesome atmosphere! We walked in 20 minutes before closing and they graciously served us. Highly recommend.

Was pretty excited to check out a hard rock and was really really disappointed... My son's chicken tenders were literally covered in red pepper flakes. I thought he was being dramatic but they were really spicy. Took about 15-20minutes to get a draft beer both times we ordered and none of the beer we ordered from the menu was actually Available.... Had it been busy I would have understood the wait, but this was 5:30 on a Saturday there was hardly anyone seated. Really sucks to spend hard earned money and not get good food or service.
