This place really lives up to its name: rock bottom. Food was mediocre at best and quite horrifying actually. Burger was cold, fries were cold, wedge salad contained the hard parts you wouldn’t want. Most astoundingly, service took forever. I waited patiently so I could time how long it took them, I’m sure it’s some sort of record but it took 37 minutes to even notice me and ask for drinks. Disgusting! I’ll be applying for the Guinness book of world records soon enough and that’s the only thing this place will be famous for. Disgraceful! The manager should fire himself/herself, the worst! Here’s a picture of the 2.3/10 burger I had.

Waiter couldn't get our orders straight when we were checking out, double charged us for items, so we asked him to reprint itemized receipts, 15 minutes later, he brings back said receipts on the wrong cards. We ask him to reprint it correctly. Another 15 minutes goes by, he comes back with more incorrect receipts due to the fact he hasn't written anything down. We literally write out names and what we ordered so he can finally get it right. He tells us we can just leave and he'll take care of it. Come to find out he charged some of us double what it should have been. Very dissatisfied with his professionalism.

The outdoor seating is great for people watching. The beer selection was good and the prices were reasonable. The food was good but not great. There was always a server around (but not necessarily yours) and they were all willing to help if you got their attention and asked for something.

The location was great. The service was very good and attentive. The food was delicious and the beer tasted great. It helps that they validate parking so it only cost $3 to park and I did not have to go outside in the cold. I was waiting for kids downtown and they were very kind about letting me hang out and I didn't feel uncomfortable being there alone.

Good food and price for lunch special. Server was new or a bit overwhelmed and made several mistakes. Everything was fixed and worked out so no real issue just a bit annoying.
