It is always nice to come to this specific Cheesecake Factory! I started coming to this specific Cheesecake Factory about 15 years ago! This is the best one out of all of them! The service is outstanding and even if the restaurant is full your server is still very attentive to you and your party! The food is always spot on of what ever you order drinks never not refilled at least twice during the meal! The restaurant is always immaculately clean! And we can't forget the cheesecake and the choices (oh so many choice) of cheesecake! My favorite is the Godiva White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake! I highly recommend this specific Cheesecake Factory to everyone (I don't care if you live in Brighton, Parker or Boulder)if you want a great experience at a Cheesecake Factory this is the one to go to!

I rarely give less than four stars and I RARELY give less than a 20% tip. Spent nearly $160 that evening. This particular trip to the CF was a special one, with close family members. It was a busy evening and our server was training but had a sidekick helping her out, so we gave the benefit of the doubt. Some food items were cold, drink refills came late, food items didn't even show up and had to be asked for two additional times, it's just my side of fries, not too much to ask to get right. Total dining time was nearly two hours. I went to the men's room toward the end of the dining experience, came out and walked back to our table, turned the corner near the bathroom and a fork was on the ground, among a decent amount of ice. I slipped and just about ate it. We were happy to get some of that delicious cheesecake and leave to eat it elsewhere. All in all, I must be honest, I probably wouldn't go back to dine in. Sorry guys but I have to give only three stars on this one.

This is just as good as any other Cheesecake Factory I’ve been to. The outdoor patio sits on the street but it does feel somewhat cozy. The staff is really nice and if you’re just ordering cheesecake it takes a matter of minutes. This is definitely the fastest Cheesecake Factory I’ve been to for ordering just cheesecake and it’s location is pretty convenient since it’s central to downtown.

Food was good. Service questionable. My 1 star is because it's not handicap accessible. There was a gentlemen caught in the door unable to open move through the entry. After I helped him enter he was then struggling to move about restaurant back to his table. There was no room for him to return to his table. When I told manager her response was disheartening. I left feeling sad for the gentleman and the managers lack of concern. They need to accommodate ALL GUEST!

The Cheesecake Factory in Boulder is better. My husband and I had a date night in which we chose to go to the Cheesecake Factory in Denver. We were rudely greeted, treated inferior to the hostess. The hostess that sat us was a very rude middle aged blonde woman. She took us past these ill placed plants where we had to duck to get by them. She didn't apologize or warn us. Then once we were seated she only spoke to my husband like I was less than human. At first, I thought she was just rude but then I started to think she may have also been prejudice. My husband is Caucasian and I am African American. Where we were seated had all of the black people in the restaurant and even my husband found that to be strange. There were not black people here or there but a the back half of the restaurant near the bathrooms was mostly black. Our waiter was very nice but we will never eat here again. Especially because I was the one who paid as I get paid more than my husband.
