The server forgot to put our order in and realized it after we had to hunt someone down seeing everyone that came after us, being served, and finishing even! We had a 1 year old and a 5 year old. Mistakes happen. I know this. We said we “understand, can you please send out beans or rice to keep our 1 year old busy”. (It’s been an hour since we ordered our food.)She also forgot this!!!!! Our food was terrible. The fajitas came with enough topping for literally one fajita, my chimichanga wasn’t fried but a second. And when we were ready to go, no one anywhere to be found another 15 minutes. So upset. Will NEVER come again. I worked in service industry for 11 years. I know how this works. The manager comped the meals so they attempted to make it right, but after a mistake you should try to be attentive from the point on.. the table next to us had no water, empty beverages, and looked stressed out due to their food not arriving after 30 minutes. We came in at 5:30. Early dinner time so we could get out quickly. We ended up waiting in the car with the kids as my husband stayed behind waiting to pay the bill. We did pay for our margaritas which were weak but good! Our server and manager were pleasant though. Not rude at all. Just overall Unsatisfied
