Not all that. Not even close. Some of the ingredients that were supposed to be on my sandwich were not there. A bunch of stuff thrown in a bun. Mostly you'll get french fries in your sandwich. Not worth the high price. Staff was nice.

I went into Fat Shack last night to order a burger and fries, with a side of deep fried cookies. I ordered the burger without tomato and burger sauce, getting the order to go. I knew I should've checked my order before I left the store. When I got home, my first realization was that there were no cookies in the bag, after I paid nearly 4 dollars for 3 cookies. Whatever, I've worked food, I can let it go, it happens and they were pretty busy with takeout and delivery orders. Then when I open my box to get my hamburger, there is burger sauce all over it. Thankfully they left off the tomato, but they didn't include any pickles and instead had the sauce on there. I ate my fries and drank my drink, the fries were decent. I would've gone back out to get the order fixed, but I have a newborn at home and had barely had time to get the original order. Probably won't be ordering from here again. I understand there's mistakes that happen in the food industry, but I don't have the time or money to deal with it. Especially not when I spent 13 dollars just to eat fries and drink a Coke, could've gotten McDonald's at a fraction of the cost with more order accuracy.

Very rude. My first time there. No wall outlets nor Wi-Fi. Over priced. Good onion rings.

ordered mozzarella sticks, poppers, and cheese fries. The fries had cheese that tasted like it came out of a can but the fries themselves were okay. The mozzarella sticks were supposed to come with marinara and when I got home there wasn’t any, and the cheese was rubbery. Poppers were alright. I have no clue how college kids eat here, it’s overpriced for mediocre food. The staff wasn’t bad but they weren’t good either.
