They have avocado enchiladas! Which is an excellent idea. Service was good. The restaurant is the usual causal American-Mexican style. Prices were a bit steep for what you get though. I would recommend for the passer-through wanting a quick bite.

The Loop always had great food and a great atmosphere. In typical Manitou fashion they have their own unique take on Mexican food, but unlike other places they can actually pull it off. Thanks to our sever Ben for making a good experience great.

The food is pretty good, The margaritas are usually strong. But I came in today with some family from out of town and we got charged a high gratuity. When I asked the waitress about why (because the only thing I read on the menu about gratuity added was if you have 5 split checks or more) She got pissed that I even asked, stormed over with the menu and said to me, "maybe you just didn't read it all the way" and flipped to a different page with totally different information about gratuity. If you guys are going to add gratuity, it needs to be plain and simple not different stipulations on every page of the menu. I was going to tip the waitress as much as she put on the gratuity anyways, but then after her attitude I was forced to give her that 20% she added to it. I will not be back

An earthy castle that stands out in the midst of all the trendy shops and the mountainous backdrop, houses some of the best dishes and drinks I’ve ever had. You might want to take a responsible route to The Loop if you plan on having one of their margaritas, they are massive and pack a punch. Once you take a seat you are welcomed with some of the warmest nachos and flavorful salsas that can fill you up before the meal (you wouldn’t even be mad about it). Though the restaurant is Mexican themed, the menu explores different interpretations of classic dishes. You will not be disappointed with experimenting with the panini burrito or other strange sounding dishes. I truly enjoy coming to this place to chill at the bar or to bring a first date (always leaves a good first impression to non-natives). The only negative I had was when they started charging for the nachos but, they fixed that problem. Enjoy this unique place and think about taking an Uber for those amazing margaritas.

Very good Mexican food. The service was above average and the atmosphere is nice. The large margaritas were a great deal, although I would recommend getting an upgrade over the house, which was pretty weak.
