We love sushi! So we try the 3 sushi places in Parker consistently. So far Junz has won our heart. The sushi is always fresh and tastes amazing. The service is wonderful (at least at the sushi bar area) and the sushi chefs are awesome at explaining items to us, making conversation and even catering to our son who has allergies. Every now and then the lobby will have a strong fishy smell but it isn't reflected in the quality of food. We choose to go here almost every date night! If you are looking for a sushi place in Parker and aren't sure which place to try... start here, you won't be disappointed!

Unless you like sushi I would not recommend this place. My husband got the chicken and I got the salmon and they were both extremely dry and over cooked. It would have been better to eat at Tokyo Joe’s and a heck of a lot cheaper. We won’t be back.

Good food and service. Sushi was great. Nice variety of Japanese and French food.

Japan meets France with a large menu offering of; pasta, lobster mac and cheese, sushi, escargot, lamp chops, and ends with a meeting of the minds and palates. Lunch and dinner specials gives you all the more reason to come back again and again. The lunch udon noodle soup is a little on the small side, salads dressing taste as limp as the leaves, seaweed salad has too much cucumber over sparse seaweed. Overall, the sushi is fresh, generous, and consistently good. Clean and sleek surroundings. For Parker, Colorado this is one of the better sushi places to revisit.

Great sushi! Good cocktails! And our server, Emily, was attentive and had a wonderful personality! We'll be back!
