It feels like a familiar place to be. You can feel the years of celebrations that happened there. It's just part of the ambiance. The food is wonderful and I enjoy it. It takes me back to the many happy dinners at restaurants of my youth.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 50 years. With a 30 year break in between. This time I found the food to be every bit as good as I remembered and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommended to anyone that loves Italian food.

My Italian family has lived in Bessemer for 50 years and spent a lot of time and money in this restaurant. I've never been more embarrassed of a supposed reputable establishment then I am of what this DIVE has become. You really shouldn't post publicly the responses you chose when responding to a review. Your a business and as a business owner I know the public has a right to their opinion. That was an EPIC fail and I will be sure to let all my friends and relatives know. You can't erase what you said. You lost our business.

We had a very pleasurable dining experience here, the Italian food was authentic and tasty. The atmosphere and ambiance appeared to be dated back to the early sixties in my opinion. Overall, I recommend this place for the adventurous diner. I certainly will come back.
