Great Mexican food! I've been eating here since before I was born and it's still my favorite place to eat. The staff is always friendly and your iced tea glass will never be empty.

The Mill Stop is a Pueblo LEGEND!! Family operated, with great, friendly service. Its usually crowded, and there isn't much room to wait for seating. The Mexican food here is Outstanding!!! All meals include sopapillas. Its fun to watch the servers move by each other (Not much room) behind the counter...AMAZING!! They treat the customers like family members.....Super atmosphere for this diner.

Other restaurants would be smart to model there restaurant after this one. The staff here is on top of their game and that includes the chefs. The food is always hot and delicious. Your glass will never be empty and neither will your tummy! Sopapillas come complimentary with the mexican dishes and they are like none you've ever tasted!
