First the waitress dump water on me. Never compassionate me . Not use to a place where you can not order what you want. Either eat the one meal they have or leave that is your chose. The salad was good but again they choose the salad dressing for you. Probably will never come back. When i left. I was still soaking wet from the waitress dumping water on me. Not a good experience.

Service is great. Food is delicious. Prices are excellent. Casual atmosphere. Decore leaves a little to be desired. Overall, great experience.

Excellent food and atmosphere! Unique in menu choices and very good pricing. The steak was prepared exactly as we ordered, excellent flavor and tender. This is REAL BEEF! Staff and management were very friendly and responded to our requests. My husband and I highly recommend Quincy's at either of their locations.

We ate at two different Quincy’s when we were in Colorado. The one in Salida and one south and Little west of Colorado Springs. Can’t recall town name. Well I can recall that it was one of the best steaks I’ve eaten in my life. I love the fact that there isn’t a huge choice of food, you either get the prime rib or the filet mignion. That’s the choices and it seems that one day they give one of the steaks and that’s what you get and the next day it’s the other steak. I like not having a huge menu to sift through. Anyway, the place is awesome and some of the best steak I’ve ever eaten.

Quincy's is always good. There's a wait sometimes but now they have "call ahead". It's not reservations but they say you may be seated quicker because you get to jump ahead of walk-ins.
