Many visits, first review. This place is good. We've order to-go and sit-down. It's everything you'd want and the staff is friendly and great. Go and be happy.

Good Mexican food restaurant. Service is fast and friendly. The food is pretty authentic Mexican with great flavors and traditional dishes. Orders usually come out quickly and correct. Definitely a good place to eat.

Delicious food, good service, tasty margaritas! Staff very kind, and patient with us bringing kiddo. A great restaurant to have in town!

Just did our first trip to Wellington to try Sol De Jalisco. Service was very good, the menu had a lot of choices...all the standards like tacos, burritos, etc. and plenty of house specials. Big marg menu. The food was very good, the marg was a little weak. Over all a good choice and a break from the standard Ft. Collins Mexican restaurants.

My girlfriend and I have given this place many chances... I really want to like it as it is the only Mexican restaurant in town but I just can't honestly recommend it. They have a clean restaurant and it's nicely decorated, staff is normally friendly and attentive. It's just that this place is so hit or miss when it comes to the food... Maybe once or twice we walked away thinking "hey that was not bad". More frequently we walk away disappointed. Last two times either the meat (same item) was really over-salted (and I love salt) or it was just really bland. That would be okay if they had some spicy sauce to complement. Sadly they have nothing on the menu that is remotely spicy. That's fine in an Italian restaurant but in a Mexican restaurant you should be able to order something you can later regret. Also, it's expensive for Mexican food and the individual adult drink prices are way out of line. Our bill lately runs $45 for food for two people with one beer and one margarita and tip. FYI, check the bill..., last time we got overcharged. Like I said, I really want to like this place and we will probably go back again in the hope they have sorted themselves out, just not anytime soon.
