Went here for the first time and the food was delicious. It was freshly prepared and the flavor confirmed it. Food was tender and not chewy. Service was great and friendly. I recommend the Thai tea. Yum. Restaurant was CLEAN! Pricing reasonable for what you get. Enjoy!

We have been looking for a good Thai place ever since we moved back to CT. We took a chance and drove 20 minutes to Bangkok Room, and it was worth every minute. The setting is nice and relaxed, with a very welcoming staff. Attentive waitstaff filled our waters regularly. They have beer on tap, which is unusual in my experience, with local offerings from places like NEBCo. Definitely coming back and highly recommend

Today, I ordered for the first time. Had a lunch special takeout; Tom Yum soup but requested it without shrimp, side salad, and Hot Basil. When picking up the food, I was greeted by a pleasant, smiling woman. Place is very clean and gorgeous. The food itself was all top-notch, absolutely delicious and flavorful. Thank you! So happy I came here, can't wait to return.

Amazing Thai food! Price is reasonable and the food is amazing. I'm Thai and I know how authentic Thai food should taste and this restaurant here is worth it. Everything had flavor like it should have. Much much much better than the other Thai restaurant, Dee's Thai Kitchen in Shelton. Don't go to Dee's Kitchen! Go to Bangkok Room!

Beautiful portion! Cook very skilled in matching level of spice (five stars). A slight let down was no Thai alcohol. The food is tasty and you will want another bite after bite. Portion I felt was spot on. In my opinion try the drunken noodle level 5 if you are a pepper head.
