Disappointed in mixed drinks, they were very weak and no offer to exchange. Good bar food and service.

I gave it a shot again and was sadly even more disappointed. Service was great as always, stupid expensive for wings and Nachos. 28 wings, Nachos, buffalo chicken wrap, $85 plus tip and we drank water. Took some left over wings home and the waitress was nice enough to give us a fresh new blue cheese dressing...unfortunately it had 3 chunks of someone else’s chicken in it. We will never be back. I would give one star but those waitresses work really hard.

Excellent customer service. I had to wait 45 minutes for an online order. As soon as the manager got involved (I didn'teven ask to speak to him, he noticed me waiting), I had my order within 5 minutes. He said he was embarrassed, apologized, and gave me the whole order ($50+) free!

It started off with our waiting at the hostess station for 10 minutes till we flagged someone down, She sat us down next to a booth that floor was a mess french fries and napkins all over the floor when they came with the sweeper they swept everything in to the corner under the booth and left it there. When we asked what the soup of the day was she said they have clam chowder and if I wanted to know what the soup she would find out. Shouldn't she all ready know this? We ordered fried mozzarella, spinach salad, eggplant fries and soup . Everything came out at once except the fried mozzarella she said we did not order, and she gave us a hard time about this. I have been going to Archie's in new haven since 1975 never had a bad experience there this is the second time I have been in Derby and it's my last time - food was good service was bad
