The women that barely speaks english always confuses the orders, They never hire anyone competent, and they never meet requirements of the amount of meat they are suppose to serve you required to own the "Subway" name. Major rip off these guys!

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First off, I placed an order online .. shortly after, I realized it was the wrong store so I called to see if I could cancel it and get a refund. The girl which you could tell by her accent, she was Chinese or somewhere along the lines of that. She hung up on me, if you don't like your job or can't handle what you're assigned to do, quit your job. Seriously. I called back because I didn't pay for this for no reason, I wanted to get my refund just like anybody else, I call back and she has somebody else answer the phone, which was talking to the first girl in the background. Gave me a completely bogus phone number to get my refund. Disgusting.

Friendly staff, very clean, veggies are always fresh, order is always right. There's a couple parking places right in front, there's a parking lot to the left of the building also.

Absolutely, without reservation, the worst Subway I have ever visited. So bad, that after two weeks, I felt needed to return to this catastrophe just to see if I was deranged or if it actually was the management. Turns out, I was sane. The owner/woman behind the counter has decided that the best way she can drive up her profits is to give each customer as little substance on their sandwich as possible. First time I visited, I asked for a tuna sandwich on garlic bread with lettuce and tomatoes. Not terribly hard, right? The woman place four dollops of tuna on the sandwich (12 inches long, remember?). I asked her, "So, that's it? That's all the tuna you offer? She replied, "Tuna, very expensive!!" A few weeks later I went back, hoping that the Asian woman behind the counter would have been deported or vanished, or something. Wrong. There she was, prepared to dole out the most minute amount of sandwich possible. Just terrible! I asked for a pastrami sandwich, and exactly the same stinginess of ingredients occurred. So here's what's interesting: there is another Subway just up the road from this one in Oxford. Yesterday, I walk in, place my order, and the fellow asks me if I would like MORE tuna than I saw him place on the sandwich. The guy actually cared about what the customer felt and wanted. Very rare these days. Bottom line: NEVER visit the Seymour Subway. The Oxford outpost is exactly the way a fast food restaurant should be, including friendliness and customer care.
