I purchased one large cheese and one large pepperoni pizza, both tasted like they had been reheated, not made fresh. I picked up both of these pies exactly twenty minutes after I ordered them. This was very disappointing because the last time I got pizza from them hot and fresh with a crispy thin crust. Consistency is very important in the restaurant business so I will think twice before I order again from them.

Went to San Gennaro tonight. Worst experience ever. From the time we ordered 2 meals: 1 small pizza and spaghetti with meatballs, it took 45 minutes to arrive. Our server brought us our drinks immediately but we had to ask another server for straws. My husband had to ask for his salad(it should come out before the meal) At one point, I asked our server what is taking so long- she said it will only be a few more minutes. It took another 10 minutes. When we finally got our food, I asked for a plate, and my server couldn’t understand why I would want a plate to eat my pizza. It gets better- my husband’s dinner was supposed to come with bread( that’s what the menu says). We asked the server and she was confused so she got him a few breadsticks. All the diners that came after us got their meals and were finished before us. Lousy service, lousy food.

Everything about this place is great. Server girl very nice. Side mac/cheese delish. Parm/garlic wings delish. Veggie pizza perfect. Just as good the next day.

Fast service. Good food. A little rushed.

Best Pizza we've had in Bristol since LaMonico's closed. Brick oven with thin (but not too thin) hand tossed crust, awesome sauce, fresh ingredients, cooked just right and ready when we got there. Real Italian sausage with fresh onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Nothing canned and of course mozzarella melted all over, yum.
