I’m very disappointed in this place. I usually only come here for drinks However, Friday around dinner time 6pm to be exact. I decided to give their food a try. Well, I was denied a table for myself, my friend and our daughters. (My 3 year old and her 6 year old. )The hostess took one look at us and simply stated she had too many reservations and could not accommodate us at ALL! It was so strange. I’ve never been turned down at a restaurant ever. Fine, we politely left. This did not sit well. So, right, away I decided to give the restaurant a call. I inquire about a table for four. The same hostess answered the phone. Over the phone thinking I was a different customer, the hostess that denied us service told me to come in as soon as possible. As she had two reservations coming in and the kitchen would close at 10:30pm. This lady was willing to accommodate someone over the phone. But, denies a paying customer standing in front of her. I’m not sure if this establishment is not kid friendly but, from today it seems to be the case.

I love this place usually I picked up lunch for the first time I was so disappointed. I have turned so many ppl on to this spot it was unfortunate that lunch was so disappointing maybe it was because they were opening but they are worth visiting.

I’m not sure if Andreas is under new management or if they just lost there costumer service etiquette. Recently I went there with my peers and we were turned down at the door by security and when asked to speak to management she was very rude and not welcoming. I called before even stopping by the restaurant and was told one thing and than upon my arrival I was told another. You could imagine how appalled I was of this disorderly conduct. We arrived to Andreas at 12:45am and was told by management that they were closing 55 minutes prior to the time that was specified over the phone. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I use to be a regular customer at Andreas and never recieved this kind of treatment. Their lack of concern for customer service was outrageous. You could imagine us being upset after we drove 40 minutes to come to their establishment after the lady on the phone told us we could. This place clearly makes up rules whenever they feel necessary, which obviously is not good business. Not one of my peers or I were drunk we held a conversation with the owners wife who stated “my husband said to stop letting people in at 1am” mind you we were there at 12:45! I stated to her it’s not 1am yet and when we called we were told that it was fine and she said rudely it didn’t matter and that we couldn’t come in. It felt like we were being discriminated against and it was very embarrassing as people watched this happen. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and unwelcomed at an establishment before this. So we left and headed over to Paradise Restaurant where we were let in offered food menus and drink menus! Andreas will not receive any business from my peers and I no longer.

Food is awesome, bartenders are ok. They tried to charge me $12 for a Titos in seltzer! Had it arrived on a unicorn maybe I could justify the price, but I have the feeling I was just being ripped off

The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing. The atmosphere is down to earth and chill. Love it.
