The food is freshly prepared so be patient. The bacon egg and cheese is great, ask for an extra egg. Recently they have been getting pricey even their combos are $9 after taxes.

These people are the slowest fast food restaurant! Every time i come here it's the longest freaking wait! Only reason I come here because it's right around the corner from my house. They need to fire everybody in this place and get a new crew

Didn’t get our order right... was very rude when we returned the food, and made us pay extra for their mistake. Got home and they STILL didn’t get it right. By far the worst fast food restaurant in Naugatuck.. I truly wish I could have given them 0 stars.. and before someone says it was a one time experience... no it’s EVERYTIME I went there. Didn’t even eat the food. NEVER GOING BACK, and will make sure my family and friends don’t either ..

Worst Duchess restaurant in CT. Anyone that grew up eating Duchess knows this restaurant is bogus. Got a breakfast sandwich combo and it came on a soft roll. Best duchess is fairfield locations. Served on fresh hard rolls and the hash brown isn’t burnt like todays. Stay far away from this Duchess location.
