This place used to be my good to place for happy hour when I lived in Stamford. Happy hour drink specials and a good variety of dishes for great prices. Went there a couple days ago as I was very surprised. Happy hour "specials" are now "discounted" overpriced items to make it seem like a good deal, but they are not. Would have chosen somewhere else if I had known in advance of all the changes.

The food here tends to be good but not the place to pick if you are in a hurry as service may be a bit slow. It seems they understaff a lot here. They also seem to forget about asking on refills, this isn't a huge deal just seems to happen each time I have gone.

Unbelievable customer service n efficiency. I am blessed with a yearly birthday card for Kona Grill {complimentary appetizers n dessert with any entree purchase } from a local dentist... Kona honored it past it’s expiration n enabled me a delightful evening. Chicken n broccoli is always tasty n well done ( the chicken pieces could be a bit bigger) the dumplings are aaaaahhhhhhh.. delightful as is the cake n ice cream desert. The front end Manager, Mark.. such an exceptional individual, ur friendliness/ people skills are quite outstanding.. such an asset to the organization.. n front greeters Danielle n Tay.. absolutely Wonderful 👍
