The service was horrible. Not once were we asked how the food was. We had wait 15 minutes for a glass of water while I watched the waitress with only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant drink her beverage. The food I ordered was way over cooked but I guess that explains the wait. The only time we were interacted with was when it was check time. This used to b an outstanding restaurant. I don't recommend it to anyone

Best pizza I have ever had! Every time I am in Connecticut my husband and I stop in at least once. I'm not a pizza lover in general but I would never pass up an opportunity to have pizza here. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff make me feel like I'm dining with family. You'll often see the owner milling around too. The dessert is pretty darn good too. The food is always hot and fresh. We will always make a special trip to Pizza Castle when we are in town. My husband has been coming here since he was really young and I have been coming here for the 28 years I have been married to him.

I've been going to pizza castle for about 10 years with my family. Food is good (pizza!) & service is always ok. However, the past 2 times we dined in we had the pleasure of meeting Maria (our waitress). I have to say that I have never received service that great. We usually get pizza but I was in the mood for something else so she recommended the chicken franc & it was DELICIOUS! She was so attentive to the point where I never had to ask for a thing (brought me a new water before I even noticed I ran out & she was very busy). Second time we came in she remembered the red wine I had. She gave us service that made us feel like family from the start! 5 stars are for her & to that chicken franc. Thank you pizza castle, we will be dining in more often!

Great wings and good pizza. Service was great. The owner came out to our table and was very accomodating to our party of 10, without a reservation. Super service! Definitely will be coming back.

We enjoyed a family birthday dinner for my mother in law recently. The food was as delicious as always. I've been eating here for 20+ years and have yet to be dissapointed.
