On way to Orlando airport, decided to eat before flight. Restaurant was not in the supper rush time we asked for table for 6 and was seated almost right away. We placed our drinks, appetizers, and a kid's meal as well as our meals for our grandson. Got our drinks, then the appetizer no small plates. Salad and bread sticks arrived about 10 minutes later appetizer was finished. We asked the waitress for another salad and bread sticks. right away . Salad arrives no bread sticks, we asked again and bread arrived, we asked about the meal , and was told it was just about 10 minutes to be ready told waitress that we had flights to catch. We have been seated for an hour already no refill on drinks, one beer ordered was wrong. Waited another 10 minutes decided to pay for what we had and wanted to cancel the rest and asked for the manager. Manger took care of what we had and apologized, took email from one of our group to send something to compensate us, we have no Olive garden in our province, hope it is for an affiliate restaurant. It was not a good experience here for meal. The Manger tried to make up for it.
