I have only been here twice. The first time was great and my family and I had a great dinner, but unfortunately I can’t say that 2 days ago. My boyfriend, my friend, and I decided to go there around 10. We got a terrible waitress, Veronica. The hostess sat us down and whenever Veronica would come around, she’d be in a bad mood. She snapped at my friend twice because she wanted a table kiosk and asked to order something else. Later, Veronica set up the kiosk and said she wasn’t happy because the hostess sat us in her area and she wanted to go home. If anything, take that out on the hostess. Not the customers that came in to have a good time. Probably won’t ever go back.

A quick stop for dinner before my long drive home, and my first to an Applebee's. There may have been something internal going on with the staff during my visit, as they seemed a bit distracted during my meal. Service was slow, and side-bar conversations in front of my seat were plentiful. The staff was friendly enough when they interacted with me, but i felt as if i was intruding on their interactions with each other. I did learn a lot about the private lives of some of the waitresses though. The food was adequate, but not worth the price tag. The shrimp i ordered as an appetizer were burned, and too hard to bite. I had to leave them mostly untouched. The salmon was fairly tasty though, but mostly because it was not over-cooked. Overall i had hoped my first visit to the chain would be a pleasant one, but it does not suit my personal taste, and I do not think i will be willingly visiting an Applebee's again.

Always satisfied with the food and service, but yes they have gone the way of many other fine establishments and charge more while giving you less.

Normally have great experiences here but we sat in a secluded corner for lunch and we had barely gotten our food (which took forever) when this huge VERY LOUD party came in and they were seated right next to us. We left before we even finished eating. It was ridiculous.

Amazing fast, helpful team. Best lemonade so far ever. Not more than 2 minutes in the front and no more than 3 before we have our food in front of us. Destini was our waitress and we loved her service. Good food and good proportion. 👌👌👌
