Unless you've been living under a rock you know the deal here. Girls in little shorts and tight tops are going to serve you drinks and food and you've got to pretend it's normal and try to look them in the eyes while talking to them. Sports Bar vibe with an indoor and outdoor seating area. Worth a visit for a beer

I was sorely disappointed by our experience at this Hooters (we love the Hooters in Hickory, NC). My wings arrived at a lukewarm temperature. The fries were lukewarm as well, as though the food had been cooked 20 minutes before we received it. Our "basket" of fries, which we ordered to share, was roughly equivalent to a large McDonald's order of fries. My wife's burger was undercooked. Additionally, our server neglected to check to see if we needed ketchup, dipping sauce for the wings, or napkins. After asking for ranch, ketchup, a side cup of melted butter for my wife, and napkins, our server brought ranch and napkins (no ketchup). We asked again for ketchup, and received the ketchup, but never received the butter. I have never been to a single restaurant that neglected to offer or provide dipping sauce with an order of wings. Additionally, through this entire experience, our server would pop in occasionally for VERY brief check up roughly (5 seconds) asking us if everything was "alright" in a mannerism that indicated she didn't care whether we thought everything was "alright." We did not receive the friendly service that we have come to expect, and the food left much to be desired. It was, in a word, depressing. I would steer clear of this restaurant and find something else.

I've been to almost ten Hooters restaurants ansdI have to say this is by far the worst of them all. When you're traveling sometimes you choose to visit famous food chains because they have procedures to ensure that every restaurant has the same quality of food and service. First of all the place wasn't full at all there was people in there but most of them were just drinking. We ordered oysters as appetizer and it took them a good 20 to 30 minutes just to crack them open and put them on ice. They where pretty decent although for the guy who opened them it was maybe the third time doing so. Our food included burgers, wings and shrimps. Let me start with the decent ones, the wings were alright tossed in BBQ, the boneless wings however I'm pretty sure were just chicken breast bites, dry as hell, the burger was alright except for the bun it was so dry it could easily be reduced to pieces and get croutons. To top it all off my sister in law asked for some shrimps and fries. The shrimps were so small, oh God so so small, the agony. For the shrimps and boneless wings we asked the sauces on side, they were on the side alright but came a good ten minutes later when the food was cold beyond reason but I guess that was their plan from the beginning since the fries were served cold from the start.

Awesome place and service. The girls are all beautiful and so are the rest of the people there. It's across the street from Pier 60 and the beach. It's located on the second and third floor, above Ron Jons Surf Shop. There is an elevator for those with disabilities that can't or just won't climb stairs. Also next door to other shopping and eating establishments. Excellent view of the beach for the evening sunsets. During the height of the tourist season, usually the winter and spring break. They are extremely busy. So when you get their, please try and be patient. They won't forget about you.

Great location staff is friendly. However the prices of food can increase rapidly. For me and my girlfriend it costed $68. For drink and wings. Wait times around sunset can be 30-40 minutes.
