The manager is awesome. Usually my experience is fair, but tonight the manager and helpful s staff made it great. She was very helpful with the questions e had about the new nacho fries. She had no problem letting me taste one before I chose to buy then. They are great. The place was busy too, inside and out

Love taco bell. This location is about 90% Great. If there is more than 5 cars in drive through just keep going chances are there is something slowing them down

Completely understaffed. First time going through the drive through waited over 45 minutes for food. Yes, 45 minutes, and was never told how long it was going to take. Second time, tried to go inside, but was under maintenance. Not many cars in the drive through so I decided to stick around until I was told that it was going to be 25 minutes for food, when there were only about 3 cars ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Might as well not even be open. Will never return to this location. The one in Cocoa Beach is much more efficient.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service... not only did it take me 20 minutes to get 2 Soft Taco Supremes but the staff is rude goofing off and doing things like playing instead of preparing our food.. I left HIGHLY offended, I had to get my child a late dinner because we had a school event and she had to wait even longer to eat because the staff was too busy playing around blatantly right in front of us

My family and I used to love this place. However something has changed recently , lets say in the last month or so. Used to have great customer service there. It has been getting progressively worse. Tonight we went in there at approximately 8:25 pm... We waited for someone to wait on us. There was 4 employees there. 1 clocked out and left. 3 remained. We waited until 8:39 to be waited on.. still no one waited or said a word. They continued to wait on drive thru . We left. Something needs to be done !!!! Absolutely insane ! Another couple customers left after waiting a few minutes too. I would have not given any star rating at all
