Was recommended to China gate from a friend, very good customer service but the food is horrible! The shrimp fried rice smelled like days old seafood, the soup smelt like dish water to top it all off My 5yr old son found a small fly looking insect in the shrimp fried rice! Which didn't have any flavor I'll stick to where I've been going, even though it miles away from my house! I never write reviews, but this had to be said! I will never recommend this place

Where to begin.... We decided to give this Chinese place a go and were left full yet completely unsatisfied. For starters we placed a to go order. We placed our order, left and then came back 15 minutes later to pick up and pay. When we walked in the door our food was ready to go; or so we thought. We began to examine the food and noticed they forgot several things on our order and gave us pints instead of quarts for some of the food. They fixed it and then we were on our way. Once home we opened up the food and began dishing out plates. We got boneless spare ribs, beef & broccoli, Crab rangoons, Egg rolls, pork lo mein, pork fried rice and wonton soup. So here is a break down of each of the items: *Boneless spare ribs: Good but not typical super thinly sliced kind, it was more of a thick cut meat with minimal sauce and some juices. Was maybe the best item we relieved but still mediocre at best. *Beef & Broccoli: I am pretty sure their proportions in their sauce mix were way off because instead of tasting like beef and broccoli it tasted very fishy as if they loaded the meal with tons of fish sauce which is actually quite likely. Would not recommend this dish. *Crab Rangoons: Worst ones I have EVER tried and I have tried my fair share. There was not nearly enough cream cheese. It tasted like I pulled a fish straight from the ocean and then licked it. Would not recommend them unless you like eating the ocean. *Egg rolls: These were absolutely horrible. I cant even begin to describe how they tasted. I had to slather it in duck sauce just so there wouldnt be an after taste (there was STILL an after taste despite it) *Pork Fried Rice: The rice tasted bitter. what ever seasonings they used tasted spoiled. *Pork lo mein: It was "OKAY" not good but not horrible. I did like that they used thinner noodles. *Won ton soup: We were happy that they use spinach in the broth. Most places stopped doing it so the fact that they still do is cool. The wontons themselves were not tasty at all. They had a weird taste and consistency to them. I would not recommend eating here. By far the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Save your money and drive somewhere decent.
