Been going to Poncho's for over 13 years absolutely love the place. Today experienced one of our worst days. Was the last table to get our food even though we were there before others. Our enchiladas were undercooked. Still have a bad taste in my mouth😞The rice was a mixture of cooked and raw rice and hot sauce was like a mild with a touch of hot. Was told training new cooks very rudely by worker there. Very disappointed that they just did not care. Sadly we will not be returning😞 I know who the owner is and she would of been disappointed to see how bad our experience was.. Hope your new cooks get it together??? Best of luck to you in the future.

This Mexican restaurant is a must visit for some delicious Mexican food! The prices are great, their staff is wonderful and their crispy tacos are awesome. Real authentic Mexican food. Plan to wait a bit if you arrive at peak times however worth the wait.

Delicious authentic Mexican food! The prices were inexpensive and the service was great. Expect to wait a bit if you arrive at peak times. The portions were quite large. The crunchy taco is a must have!

Passing through, and stopped here based on the positive reviews. I was glad I did. I wish they were in St. Augustine. I had the pan fried tacos. Loved them. Only place I've found then at in Florida. Restaurant was busy; service was good.

This is the best Mexican food in Florida. The only place I've had better Mexican food was in Mexico, and that was almost the same as this place. These dudes know what they're doing. They could charge way more than they do, but let the quality of the food speak for itself. This is one of those places that doesn't care about having a fancy place (it's a house converted into a restaurant) they know the food is so good that people will come back. I drive 45 minutes just to eat here, it is that good.
