I personally would give them a half of a star if a star at all. My kids love this place and the last few months the service has went down tremendously and the quality has no quality. If you order a triple melt burrito you would expect it to be warm/hot with the cheese melted, right? Well, no one should expect that from this Taco Bell. Not to mention the times j have been in this location that the owner or whomever she is was on the line making food with her hair down and no hair net in flip flops. I can say that this is the worst Taco Bell ever! At least the counter service was somewhat decent.

Go to Palm Harbor Location: As all of the other reviews stated, it's just a bunch of kids with no supervision. They laugh when they get the order wrong. You are an inconvenience to them for even being there. There is no way they are following food safety rules. Take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Palm Harbor location. 100 times better. In fact that location feels too good to be a Taco Bell.

Good for fast food not great. Cheap eats. Very nice atmosphere. Great location. The staff is courteous, efficient and friendly. I did enjoy my visit to this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant.

I guess when there is no adult supervision the kids will do what they want. Lousy food. Made wrong. Dirty restaurant. No one wants to clean it. Crappy attitudes from kids who really don’t want to be there. Clean house and start over. Clean the place. Thank you.

Indifferent employees here, more concerned with talking to off duty employees who are hanging all over the counter wearing inappropriate short shorts. Who goes to their place of work dressed like that? Plus they're hanging on the counter blocking access to the one guy taking orders, making food and handing it out. I don't expect much at Taco Bell but if you work there don't swear in front of customers, get out of the way to chat, and at least acknowledge the customers waiting at the register for someone to come take their order. Also, quit yapping and clean the disgusting, greasy lobby. Thanks.
