The sides tasted like they were store bought and the meat in the pulled pork sandwich was finely chopped with sauce added. I prefer big chunks of meat with no sauce, so I can see what I want. Great setting and I love the porch though.

Ordered 2 dinners to go Saturday afternoon. Got home and had been given wrong order. Called and they said my order was sitting on counter to be picked up. Due to the thunderstorm I told them I was not coming back then. They said they would replace dinners and took name. Went back Sunday evening and they only replaced part of the meals. They wouldn't replace those sides that were in Saturday's meal. Never had a restaurant do this before when they screwed up. Thought this was pretty low since I had to make 2 trips because of their mistake. I've been there a few times before and had no complaints. Poor customer relations.

I had the half slab (a bunch) of ribs which cost $17+ with 2 sides. The ribs were excellent. Green beans also excellent. Cole slaw sickingly sweet, so I exchanged for collards which was very good. Food is purchased at a window. This was a Sunday where they had live Bluegrass in the afternoon outside. Excellent group. I informed the owner that the Cole slaw was way too sweet. She didn't appear to appreciate my opinion. I didn't appreciate that attitude.

Oh this wonderful family owned and operated BBQ. The Ribs are my favorite. The sides are freshly made and are wonderful. There is also 🍺 and wine. Stop by and kick back and enjoy just tell them Vickie sent ya.

I was glad to see this barbecue place open. It used to be the dam smoker but it had closed several months ago and was sorely missed. It is reopened Under New Management and called the sweet Pig, and is just as delicious as before. They still have the family meal deal which is a full rack of ribs and two sides. They also have a new Sweet Six deal which is a full rack of ribs a full chicken and a pound of pulled pork along with sides going to be trying that out hopefully this weekend.
