I recommend this place over any restaurant anywhere. Including the high end ones in Mt Dora. I have worked at several restaurants, and I can honestly say this is the cleanest, and nicest kitchen, and the product is always on point. I am truly amazed! You wouldn't believe the disgusting stuff I have seen. The staff here Cares!!! And you don't have to worry about anything! !

Although the Mt Dora Bob Evans is a frequent destination we especially enjoyed our most recent visit. The hostess (and host in-training) we're courteous as usual but our waiter was exceptional! Bob speaks what I would call "high English". Not drinks, but beverages. Not "do you need some more time?" (we obviously did), but "I'll give you a few moments to peruse the menu.". Love to hear someone use our language properly. Stop by Bob Evans next time you are in Mt Dora and ask to be seated at Bob's table. You'll enjoy his attentive manner and conversation!

Very friendly staff, great / fast service. Grilled chicken salad skimpy on the chicken. Their pancake recipe has improved 110%. Staff could use some nicer uniforms. Fairly clean.

Food was good, our server Sam was great. She was very friendly and attentive. The problem was the "manager" Doug, we asked for a bit more sauce for the pasta dish we ordered. Well Doug then proceeded to loudly ask our server " what do you need more sauce for? There was plenty on it to begin with and also I'll do it but there is $1 upcharge" ( keep in mind they have an open kitchen and the entire restaraunt can hear his negative condescending rant) Everything else was good but this guy needs more training if he's going to be a leadership role with this company.

Turkey dinner was delicious as was the country fried steak. Turkey was moist , everything was hot. Stuffing was as close to homemade as i have gotten in a chain rest. Service was attentive and polished.(Sam). Cole Slaw was outstanding. Nice experience.
