This location only manages to be the second-worst of all State-side Taco Bells, as a certain truck stop Taco Bell in Cali along the 5 still reigns as the worst of the worst. This Homestead Bell had BOTH registers with workers at them, but one was crowded with friends of one of the workers (the guy) that were blocking the path, and the other register was being run by a woman who was explicitly disinterested in taking orders and often wandered away from the register. Not just left the register, not to go do something else, but just kind of "walk around looking at walls". This really happened, as in, this happened less than an hour ago. There were more customers off to the side who kept trying to get their attention and who were being ignored. The WiFi would connect, but would not actually let you get online, and the order (once finally taken) didn't arrive for almost ten minutes. The only positive was that the food was exactly as ordered and tasted good, and yet it came with a price tag far higher than the one shown on the receipt.

The food could have been better. My chalupa was cold (drive thru). The associate was rude. But at least It was quick.

Customer service is utter S***. I cant really describe it to you. The way they handle this is very unprofessional.
