Our server, Dana, with the help of good food saved the night for us. First of all there was nobody at the hostess station when we arrived and when she did return she managed to communicate that they were clearing tables and it will be only a few minutes without ever saying hello, smiling, or even looking at me for most of the conversation. Then the bus boys were having such a great time I could hardly believe they were at work. I don't mind people enjoying there work, but dropping f bombs in open conversation around tables with patrons might be over the limit, but the fact that I could hear this individual on 5 different occasions in conversation, or just making loud unintelligible noises? The place is noisy enough. Finally, I can't help but think that the Cheesecake Factory could benefit from efficiency studies as there are a lot of people quickly walking back and forth through corridor where we were seated. My wife observed one girl walk to the front 4 or 5 times with what looked like a cake. This was before we even ordered our food. Dana was great, even if we had to wait longer than expected for her to take our order. She cared very well for us once she did. And the most important thing-the food was good. My steak was delicious and cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed her salad and side of spinach.
Oh, and the restrooms were clean even if the sink counter was very wet due to the type of faucet.
