HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I ordered takeout. Got home to see THEY forgot the sweet and sour sauce! My son called and asked them to deliver the sauce since THEY forgot it. They wouldn’t!! My son take the food up there and ask them to remake the food since it was now cold. They wouldn’t!! My son spoke to the manager and HE, Steve, would not have the food remade!! To top it off I had a dead roach in my fried rice! Absolutely disgusting. I called them and they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my call! I will NEVER each at this establishment again!! Guess they could afford to make another dinner and now I know why! Roach infested!!!

Want to meet a real, life zombie? Go to China One, counter person has NO PERSONALITY, no thank you, no eye contact, no life! Wow! Their food is so so, and now their prices have gone up. Unfortunately, there are not many Chinese restaurants in the area. Will not go back.

the food is nasty and burnt and they are very rude. They are cheating people out there money by charging dinner prices as lunch. So if u order dinner they will give u the lunch n stead of the full meal. The supervisor curse me out n then I ask the owner do u let your employees talk to people like that n he said yes n hung up on me.
