I had been getting my nails done at the shop next door and was sitting at one of the outside tables to wait for the Polish. The owner asked me if I was going to eat. I told him I was going to order I just wanted to wait until my nails were finished before getting grease on the half done acrylics. Owner drove off. Next thing I know a very rude employee came out and asked me again if I was going to eat and I again explained I was waiting but would definitely order food once my nails were done. Was told I couldn't sit outside for a few minutes so they didn't get my money.

Gluten free menu that has great great selections. Generous servings on pizza. Found this place last and will come back whenever we are in town.

Not happy at all. Initially the lady on the phone was super rude. I spent 16.00 on a pasta dish that was literally leaking through the bag by the time they delivered it to me. It had two tiny pieces of chicken and the sauce tasted burnt. I ordered a salad with balsamic dressing and got blue cheese. So not only was my order not right it was not the best in taste. Being an Italian from Brooklyn. I am highly disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

First time I’ve ever complained about a restaurant. If I could give negative stars I would. We are from out of town and really wanted to order from here. I called and the young lady who answered the phone took my order and was so RUDE. I asked her if the Spaghetti was enough for 6 people and she said “I don’t eat spaghetti how should I know?” And then I asked if they are single orders or family style and her response again was “I don’t know” . I hung up and called back to talk to the manager and told me “I don’t have time for this” And I suggested that he re-think who he hires. Manager says “If you have a problem don’t order from us” and hung up on me! Unprofessional staff and manager. I’m blown away.

I dont understand all the bad ratings because this place is great! The pizza was delicious and the NYC vibe is spot on. No, its not your michelin star rated kind of of joint, but thats the best part about it. The garlic knots are spot on and the bolognese sauce is delicious. Plus, hey have rice balls!!! I'll be back !
